Ingredients

Pam cooking spray
1.5 lbs chicken breast (cut up bite sized)
1 tblsp parsly flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg lasagna noodles
1 24 oz jar maranara sauce
3 cups fat free shredded motzerella cheese
1 tblsp red-fat parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat fry pan with cooking spray. Add cut up chicken and sprinkle garlic powder and parsley. Cook on medium heat until cooked through. Let cool about 10 minutes.
Pour into bowl and mix in with 2 cups shredded cheese and the parmesan cheese.
Meanwhile, prepare lasagne noodles as directed but just so they are "al-dente" or not too soft.
Coat 13x9 casserole dish with sauce then place 3-4 noodles. Spread half the chicken mixture onto the noodles (and veggies if you would like). Top with more noodles and then sauce. Spread remaining chicken mixture (and veggies), noodles and sauce. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Makes about 8 1.5 inch servings.
