Ingredients

    1 pack of Mission Multi grain medium soft taco tortillas
    1-1/2 lb. of Gorund Turkey
    1 Success Boil-in Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1 lg. tomato (diced or chopped)
    1 cup of lettuce
    1 cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 can Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 package of Ortega Taco Seasoning
    8 T of Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

I prepared my meat and rice in separate pans, added taco seasoning with water and rice once rice was cooked. I used head of lettuce instead of bagged lettuce and the sour cream depends on how much each person likes to use so this number is appoximate. Makes 10 medium soft tacos!
