Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

2 1lb. packages boneless pork spareribs
    2 Tbsp organic ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 385°F. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce, garlic and honey. Heat sauce mixture briefly in microwave to melt honey, stir until combined. Place ribs on either side of an adjustable v-rack in a 9" x 13", brush with sauce. Bake in oven 15 minutes, turn ribs to other side, brush with sauce and bake another 15 minutes. Brush with sauce and brown the ribs under the broiler for 3 minutes each side. Also works well as a basting sauce on the barbeque. Cook until pork registers at least 150°F internal temperature on a meat thermometer. Makes 8 generous 3.5 oz (100g) servings, cooked weight.

Very good pork recipe. I did not use organic ketchup, just regular. I also had to substitute granulated garlic with half the amount of garlic powder. - 12/11/10

    Very Good
Very good. Need to figure out a better way to get the pork to absorb more of the flavor. Also think next time I make this, I will cook at a lower temperature for long to see if I can get it more tender. Whole family enjoyed this though. - 4/20/11
