Ingredients

    1/2 lbsGround Pork, Lean
    1/2 lbs Ground Beef, Lean
    1tbs of ground cumin
    1tbs onion powder
    1tbs Garlic Powder
    1/2 cup raw onion
    1 med. tomato
    1 lb round Tender Mexican Squash
    10 slices of american cheese (cubed)
    4 Med Potato

Directions

First you cook the ground beef and the pork with the ground cumin and ground garlic powder, and ground onion powder. Add onions . Brown and cook the meat. Seperate pot boil potatos until tender. Once everything is browned you put it in a bowl with the potato, fresh tomato, and cheese. Let sit for five to ten minutes. Get the squash and make a whole on the top. Make sure the squash is round. Take out all seeds of squash and put the meat and potato product in. Top with the top of the squash. Put in oven 45-60 min. until the squash is tender.
