Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Pam spray
    8 oz cooked shrimp (thawed)
    4 oz of steamed asparagus cut into bite sized pieces
    3 oz bell peppers cut into bite sized pieces
    10 oz cooked pasta

    fresh garlic cloves (as many as you prefer!)
    jalepeno powder
    salt
    pepper

    2.5 oz Romano cheese

Directions

Combine all pre-cooked ingredients and peppers into a Pam coated pan, adding the garlic, salt, jalepeno powder, and pepper to taste.

When ingredients have all gotten to desired temperature, add the Romano cheese and stir to slightly melt the cheese.

Makes three decent sized portions!
