Introduction
This is a variation of another recipe, but using organic fat free milk, whole wheat flour, and organic grain fed eggs. Believe it or not, it actually lowered the number of calories for this recipe! Ingredients

1.5 C Old Fashion Oats or Quick Oats (not instant)
2 C Organic Fat Free Milk
.5 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Sugar (can substitute with Stivia)
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Organic Grain Fed Eggs (beaten)
Directions
Mix oats and buttermilk. Then, beat in flour, sugar, soda, salt, and eggs.
Heat large skillet sprayed with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Using 1/4 C measuring cup, pour batter into pan in small circles spaced so that they do not mix together. (Note: batter is rather thin) Cook until bubbles do not fill in and edges are cooked through. Turn and cook for another few minutes.
Remove from pan and serve.
Serves 4 (Makes 12)
