I made this because my hubby wanted spaghetti with meat sauce, and I don't eat meat. A ragout-type sauce sounded better, especially with all the extra veggies. Enjoy!!

Big hit with my kids...Basically you just make your favorite Spaghetti sauce, pour it on top of steamed zucchini and top with cheese. Yum!
This is an old standby that has less calories than I thought. Like all pizzas, you can play with the toppings to your tastes.
Brown beef, season as desired.
Cook noodles as directed.
Mix meat with tomato sauce and tomato paste. Season as desired.
Assemble in 13 x 9 pan:

This is high in healthy fats. It's an amazingly tasty snack. I often use the Rosemary Bread from Costco if I can find it as it makes the prep easier, but you can follow the recipe for the bread otherwise.
