Hormel's Carved Chicken (2 pkg)
Celery – 1 stalk
Cucumbers – peeled; half of large cuke
Cherry tomatoes – mix yellow and red
Red bell pepper – half of pepper
Carrot sticks – 4 oz chopped
Greek yogurt – 1 8oz containger
Greens - Baby Spring mix or Romaine
The veggies add flavor and mositure to this mixture. Mix in half the lettuce and use the rest to set the salad on. Sprinkle with paprika.
