Ingredients

Chicken, Bok Choy, Green Onions, Mushrooms, Carrots, Gingerroot, Garlic, Reduced Sodium/Fat Free Chicken Broth, Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles
Directions
1. Dice chicken and sauté using cooking spray until cooked
2. While Chicken is cooking slice all of the vegetables:
-Slice bok choy into thin strips
-Cut mushrooms (or buy pre-sliced)
-Cut carrots in 1" long julienne strips (or buy pre sliced)
-Peel Gingerroot (1" piece) and dice
-Press Garlic
-Chop Green Onions (including tops)
3. Set aside Cooked Chicken
4. In a large saute pan place mushrooms, carrots, ginger root, garlic, water, broth, soy sauce, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Bring to a boil over medium heat
5. Add chicken, bok choy, onions, and noodles
6. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 3 minutes
4 Servings (each approx 1.5-2 cups)
