Sauteed veggies for topping egg sandwiches or tofu wraps.
My body loves this “bread” and I hope yours does too! I do con- fess. I like my “bread”, even though I haven’t eaten any real bread in years and don’t even eat grains. So what’s a girl who wants a morning piece of toast to do? (Especially on an egg-free, some- times nut-free protocol?) Get macho in the kitchen, that’s what!
I love vanilla lattes but Starbucks lattes are far too expensive. I've made lattes at home with vanilla extract but extract is also pricy. Now I came up with a way to make flavored espresso in bulk so I can put together a tasteful latte at home.
You probably love garlic bread with your pasta right? Every now and then there is a night when it's just you for dinner, but you're not going to make an entire roll of garlic bread for one are you? No worries. This is a 1 serving 2 minute garlic bread. It doesnt get any easier.

I've been trying to find a recipe for creamy egg bites that does not require the use of a pressure pot. None of the baking methods I have found will freeze well. When you try to reheat them they come out spongey. Well after some thought and a little experiment I finally cracked the secret to creamy, moist egg bites. The trick is steaming them, not baking. You will still need silicone cupcake molds, not muffing trays.
I love hot smoothies. This is a recipe I found on another site and wanted to share it.
I absolutely love Vanilla Lattes. But a starbucks latte is expensive- $3+ dollars for a tall is too much. I've decided on a simpler method- French Press latte with a flavoured protein powder. Now you're probably saying "Protein powder isnt cheap either". But when you consider how many servings come out of one container of protein powder, per serving a protein powder french press is far cheaper than starbucks or extract. This doesnt take more than 3 minutes to put together and let set over night. Compare that to the 15 min you will need in a coffee shop to wait in line, and then wait for you coffee to come out. Thank you french press.
English muffins are a classic breakfast item. Especially for breakfast sandwiches. This is a simple recipe to make your own at home.

My dad made this recipe on the spot one night and I just loved it. So I decided to share. This creamy mushroom sauce made with Sherry wine and has so much flavor and texture to it. Absolutely mouth watering. It works great particularly over meats and pastas (in my opinion). If you cook it right with a fat free sour cream, it is actually very low in fat and surprisingly healthy.
I found this recipe on another site and my family loved it. I'm posting the recipe in spark so I can keep it in my collection easier to find. This recipe makes approximately 2 loaves of bread. So make sure to split it between 2 pans.
