Chocolate Cake for Breakfast! (Easy from a mix)
Simple changes to boxed cake mix to cut fat, add more fiber, protein...
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients except walnuts. Blend at high speed for 3 minutes until batter is thick and smooth. Stir in walnuts.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (30-35 minutes for two 8" round pans or 13x9" pan.)
Cut into 16 pieces.
