Introduction

Similar to the recipe already posted, but uses all granulated sugar instead of brown sugar and splenda. Good quality cocoa makes the difference between a good cake and a so-so cake. Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 c. granular sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1T. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in pan. Make 3 holes, put vinegar in one, vanilla in another and oil in the last hole. Pour water over the top. Mix well with a fork. Watch the corners.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake come out clean. Cool, serve from pan.
