Ingredients

    • 1 cup All purpose Unbleached Flour
    • 1/2 cup High fiber Flour
    • 1/2 cup oat flour
    • 1/3 cup coconut flour
    • 1/3 cup whey protein powder
    • 1 scoop Egg White protein powder
    • 3 teaspoons baking powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cups Coconut Palm Sugar
    • 1/2 cups Date Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
    • 1/3 cup Raw Cacao powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
USE 9×13 inch cake pan ( greased) or Muffin pan
Add 1 1/3 cups water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to 1 pre-mixed Cake Mix (Above recipe)
Mix and Bake
Bake 25-30 minutes for cake, 15-20 for cupcakes.
