Corn Mush Recipes

Make this the night before so it is ready to go for breakfast.

My dad used to make this when I was young. It was a favorite of mine.
To make more servings just use a ratio of 1 part corn meal to 4 parts water.
1/2 cup cornmeal + 2 cups water
3/4 cup cornmeal + 3 cups water
1 cup cornmeal + 4 cups water

Great for a side dish with eggs.

This is not southern cornbread. This is just like white or whole wheat bread in texture but not as heavy
