We had this all the time as a kid! Delicious. I top mine w/sugar-free fruit spread or sugar free applesauce or greek yogurt w/a touch of honey. Delicious.
I added a bit of sugar to mine, because I like to serve it warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries...increased calories, but I don't eat it frequently or have much at one time.
