Introduction

Great for a side dish with eggs. Great for a side dish with eggs.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups cold water
    1 cup white corn meal
    1 tsp salt sense
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 Tbls sugar substitute

Directions

Heat water. Mix corn meal, salt,milk & sugar. Pour into boiling water. Stir contstantly, Cook till thick. Stir frequently low heat for 20 minutes. Pour into loaf pan and cool to room temperature. Set in refrigerator over night. Flip out onto a plate and slice. Fry in 1 tsp. olive oil until golden brown.
