Pumpkin Tarts
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and salt. combine
3. Mix in milk
4. Place about 2 tbsp in each tart shell
5. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the centre of the tart. It should come out clean.
