Ingredients

    1 9" unbaked pie shell / 2 doz tart shells

    1 14 oz Can Pumpkin
    1 300 Ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 Eggs (Large)
    - spices - (adjust to taste)
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Ginger
    1 tsp Nutmeg

Tips

Total calories 1,644 - divide by total # tarts = individual calorie content + tart shell


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450 F
Wisk eggs - add pumpkin spices blend well
Blend in condensed milk
Pour into pie shell / tart shells* see comment below re time.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F then reduce temperataure to 350 F - bake 30-35 minutes more, until knife inserted in centre comes out clean - cool - serve with ice cream / light whipped cream (not in nutritian count)

*(if doing tarts, adjust time accordingly)
