Ingredients

    1 - 9" pie shell / 24 tart shells

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F

    Beat together
    2 large eggs

    Add
    14 oz / 398 mL can pure pumpkin
    Spices
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tsp Ginger
    1 Tsp Nutmeg

    Mix well - blend in
    1 300 mL / 1.266 Cup Sweetened Condensed milk

    Pour into tart shells or pie shell

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to bake for 30-35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

    Cool before serving, with ice cream or whipped cream
