Macaroni with tomato soup
This was a Lenten standard for us growing up. It is still a nice cost-effective recipe for anyone going for a couple meatless meals a week. Using low-sodium/healthy request soup will make it still healthier. Top with a little Parmesan cheese and serve with a salad, if you want to. We like it all by itself.
