Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made these, and they were awesome. I didn't have flour so I used breadcrumbs and I switched the feta cheese for low fat blue cheese. My husband ate his on the sandwich thins and loved them, and I just ate them without bread for my lower carb diet. I would definitely make them again
My family loved this recipe. I am confused on the calories listed. Upon closer look the 261 calories only includes 1/4 of a Pepperidge Farm flat sandwhich thin. I am thinking 75 more calories need to be added. Anyone else notice that?
