I made the burger without the Worcestershire sauce, the ingredients wouldn't bind together. Also how to I cook the burger, when i tried i but 1 tbs of canola oil and the burger started to burn. However the burger was delicious. - 3/1/11

I find the very lean ground chicken breast to be very moist, if the chicken is too dry to bind you might want a Tbs of egg substitute or another mild flavored liquid. My stove is a smooth cooktop and I find it's not as hot as gas. You could d0 a lower temp and make the burgers flat. Good luck!
