Great recipe! I used a low-fat sharp cheddar instead of provolone, and that gave the sandwich a bit of a kick.
This is really good! I used the light cream cheese I had instead of apple butter and added non-salted sunflower seeds.
The carbs come from the apple. I think this sounds awesome...I'm going to try it for lunch next week!
