YUM! I added a little pepper & garlic salt & made a bit extra flour mixture. Ate it with white rice & french style green beans w/ minced onion/garlic. REALLY liked it!
Sounds good, but I don't think the numbers are right. When you view the nutritional breakdown, it is for 1 oz. of pork, not 4 oz.
I really enjoyed this recipe! It was quick, easy, and I love the calorie count!
I used non-fat milk and it turned out great. I didn't have too much of the gravy, but it felt like such an indulgence!
