Ingredients

    1/4 C. Flour
    3/4 Tps. Salt
    4 4 oz. boneless center-cut loin pork chops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk

Directions

Mix flour and salt. Dredge pork chops in the flour and shake off excess. Melt the butter on medium high heat. Brown the chops for 2 min. on each side. Reduce the heat and cook 10 min. or until done, turning once. Remove chops from pan. Combine flour mixture with the low-fat milk using a whisk until blended. Add mixture to the skillet on medium high heat. Bring to a boil, scraping the pan. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, Stir constantly. Serve over the pork chops.

    YUM! I added a little pepper & garlic salt & made a bit extra flour mixture. Ate it with white rice & french style green beans w/ minced onion/garlic. REALLY liked it! - 11/20/12

    Sounds good, but I don't think the numbers are right. When you view the nutritional breakdown, it is for 1 oz. of pork, not 4 oz. - 9/27/09
