Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These are my "go to" breakfast. I use the recipe from Kayln's Kitchen blog.....reduced fat cheese and green onion, Spike seasoning. With a glass of V8 juice, these get me through the morning!
I use low fat turkey sausage or turkey bacon. Crumble sausage while cooking. Crumble bacon after cooking. Set aside. Soften vegies (i.e. mushrooms, zuccini, onions, garlic, green onions) I sprinkle some ground flax seed on vegis while cooking. Reduce # of egg yokes for an extra healthy option.
this sounds wonderfull - I will be making this for a brunch with friends on a low carb diet
