I use low fat turkey sausage or turkey bacon. Crumble sausage while cooking. Crumble bacon after cooking. Set aside. Soften vegies (i.e. mushrooms, zuccini, onions, garlic, green onions) I sprinkle some ground flax seed on vegis while cooking. Reduce # of egg yokes for an extra healthy option. Submitted by:
