FABULOUS! I love any type of clean eating/health recipe. I subbed 1/2 cup sugar for stevia extract. Also, I replaced 5 egg whites for 2TBSP ground flax + 6 TBSP egg whites. I made 10 muffins and 1 loaf with the recipe, sprinkling the loaf with some walnut pieces and truvia. Regret - 1 not 2 batches!
these are good. moist and easy to put together. I used 2 whole eggs instead of the egg whites, increasing the calorie count a bit.
