Nutrition & Calorie Comments

A bit on the salty side but next time I'll do low sodium beef broth.
Good recipe but I agree salt intake is way to high with onion soup mix. Try maybe fresh onions instead and can always use Healthier version of cream of mushroom soup that is low in the salt department. Family loved it over rice.
I really liked the easiness of it, but not too happy about the sodium intake - due to the onion soup mix, I am sure. Added brocolli for color, found the meal quite boring, but the kids ate it! And the over powering onion taste wasn't for me either... perhaps half a packet???
The sodium is way too high on this.
one serving of this meal has a days total sodium allowance.
I'll pass on this one.
This recipe is very bland. It would probably be okay for those who don't like any kind of spiciness in their food. Even after adding peas, salt, pepper, and putting it on rice it wasn't that great. The strong onion aftertaste was also a bit disagreeable.
This was very tasty. I added a tablespoon of pepper and a small container of fat free sour cream to it about 30 minutes before serving, yyuuuuuuuuummmmmmmyyy!
