This makes a great pancake. The addition of yogurt gives it more lightness I think. Makes a nice big serving so it gives that feeling that you are eating a lot, without a lot of calories, and nutritious to boot. Thank you.
I made 2 pancakes with 1/3 cup egg beaters instead of whites, and added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Ate them with 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup. They cook very fast and they are tasty! Will have it often!
