Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Used organic black beans and broth....my family loved it on tortillas and I made it into a taco salad over mixed greens. Fresh pico for dressing made it a very yummy, healthy option. 15 minutes of work, tops! Great for a busy family who loves Mexican food, but doesn't need the usual fat/cals.
Made this Minus salt and I used Fat Free Vegetable Broth (one can), fresh onion, and garlic it is AMAZING! I had mine mixed in with my lettuce. Very good!!!
