  • Used organic black beans and family loved it on tortillas and I made it into a taco salad over mixed greens. Fresh pico for dressing made it a very yummy, healthy option. 15 minutes of work, tops! Great for a busy family who loves Mexican food, but doesn't need the usual fat/cals. - 9/16/13
