Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I am Italian and make these all the time, but with many substitutions. I do not cook the shells, I use Ricotta Cheese, and no salt Marinara Sauce or make my own I have made these for years and my son will eat them all.
fat and carbs
A little more calories than I would have liked--but very delicious!
Easy to cut the sodium which makes it very good and easy
high in sodium....so I'll leave off the cottagecheeese
This was great! I made it last night but I substituted ground turkey for the beef and added a little chopped spinach to the cheese mixture. I also skipped the bottled sauce and made mine using canned toms, onion, garlic, etc. We're watching our sodium around here.
I really enjoyed this. We ate it for dinner and are both having it again for lunch today! I used Fat Free Cottage Cheese and the flavor was still great! (I also left out the onions b/c no one in my house will eat onions)

One of the best spark recipes by far. I felt like I was eatting something from an italian restaraunt. The entire family enjoyed. I also used lowfat cottacge cheese and lowfat mozzarella but I did not miss out on the fat. I will definately make this one again.
This was very Delicious. My family loved it. But I did use the low fat cottage cheese.
