Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Made this with cheesecake pudding mix instead of vanilla. I took it to a work potluck with fat free cool whip and everyone LOVED it!! tastes just like pumpkin pie!
I made this on Halloween night to keep us from raiding the candy! We were invited to a party and put it in a pre-made graham cracker crust...a nice addition with not a lot of additional calories, everyone really enjoyed it!
So yummy! It really doesn't need the Splenda at all. :) The calorie count is even lower than what's listed because the ingredients call for pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix, and skim milk rather than 1%... wow. :D
I don't normally like pumpkin pie, but it's a major holiday staple... so I decided to try this. It's so light and DELICIOUS! I did put it in a graham cracker crust which is not included in the current calorie count, but I didn't eat the crust, haha.
delicious! I didn't need to add the splenda/sugar since the pudding mixes made it sweet enough as it was
