Tastes great, lots of protein!
Easy to make, I was able to blend it by using my immersion blender. Great mixture by combining something sweet with protein. I added small amount of cinnamon and instant coffee. Will plan to make again!
I used regular instant pudding mix instead of sugar-free. I liked it pretty good, probably will make again.
This is great! Next time I'll add in some of the clear mixing fiber powder from Walgreens, too. I think this will make an awesome butterscotch pie in graham cracker crust-WOW! Thanks for the recipe.
Great way to add protein to your snack.
I love this it is so filling. With a strict carb diet its a great way to get in extra protein, low carbs and a sweet treat!
This is a great way to add more protein to a yummy snack - very satisfying!
Great source of protein in a dessert.
This pudding was sooo good! I was suspicious at first.... I have never liked instant pudding before, but now it is so rich and creamy! And full of protein! Highly recommended
cottage cheese frightens me a little, but this actually sounds pretty good! way to turn an already fairly guilt-free dessert (sugar-free pudding) into a more healthful treat!
I thought this was great. It has a good amount of protein and it's a tasty way to get dairy in. It was pretty hard to get it smooth in the blender, but if you blend it for long enough, it's very creamy.
