We eat this alot in Hawaii...great party dessert. It is colorful and hits the sweet spot. I personally use coconut milk instead of the evaporated milk and therefore, no sugar. Others use condensed milk, again with no sugar. It sounds hard, but its not....just time consuming, but worth it!!!!!!
