Excellent crispy low carb breading! I used it on catfish filets & nuggets. I used regular pork rinds & added cayenne & black pepper plus garlic salt. I 1st dipped in beaten egg then pressed into the breading. I allowed it to sit a few minutes before frying. My husband loved it too!
