I think this recipe might have some potential. I've noticed a nice flavor from other recipes that have equal amounts of oat fiber and flax. The problem here is something is way off with the amount of liquid. I didn't get a batter so I did 4 tbl of water. This still would not hold together.
I found this recipe just a bit heavy, but it was very good with butter and a slice of cheese. the recipe states that there is 489 mg of sodium... my question is WHERE as salt is only a dash.
