Looks great! I substitute one cup of mashed dates for the sugar..
Severe nut allergy here, so skipped the nuts, lowered the sugar to 3/4 cup for diabetes. It is still very sweet and yummy!
I like this recipe, I add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup!
I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great.
I use whole wheat sprouted flour, cut the sugar to 3/4 cup and it is delicious.
why ww pastry flour and not ww all purpose? sounds like a lot of sugar for a diabetic recipe or even regular one?
