I sauteed a little bit of onion and celery and cut the celery salt.
I add chopped onions sauteed, no celery salt, too salty. Also tried this with soy milk, still good flavor
A Christmas Eve tradition for my family, too. It works as well without the worcestershire sauce & celery salt by substituting plain old salt & pepper.
