Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this using 1/4 measuring cup and with the amount of batter it only made 6 pancakes. I will have them today and hopefully enjoy them but there will be only two for each of us. I am sticking with the calorie count and hoping that it isn't over what is stated. Rating is good but I haven't eaten
Umm. What are the REAL carbs for this recipe? Somehow, 119.2g seems outrageous per serving. Doesn't add up anyway, with the ingredients listed. Correction needed? I can't go near this - if that is the case. Maybe 19.2g?
I also added some pureed tofu as well because my daughter doesn't eat enough protein. She loves them and I make large batches and freeze them to pop in the toaster for her.
I am not allowed to eat breads on my current nutrition plan, but anything goes on my luxury days!
I love pumpkin, so I will definitely try this!
UPDATE: I added some oatmeal and ground flax seed meal. They look like fluffy cookies! MMmmmmm
