I used 1/2 packet of blueberry lemonade drink flavor instead of the sweetener and it was delicious! I will experiment with other flavors too.. Was just what I needed for a sweet crave but still low carb. Thank you for the recipe idea!
Very good.. I used cottage cheese as no sour cream and was craving this. Turned out awesome! Topped with sugar free strawberry jam.
This is my fave low-carb snack so far. I could eat a lot more than 1 serving if I made a bigger batch, so I only do 1 serving at a time to prevent over indulging in this.
I used whipped cream cheese and some peach mango crystal light ,and no sugar sub. Yummy!
Just made this with a dash of vanilla. Definitely have been looking for something sweet to kill my cravings for sugary treats. Next time, I'm going to grind up some almonds, mixed with a little butter to make a nice crust and use this recipe for a full cheesecake!
I used FF with 1/3 f cream cheese, lemon juice and a little rind; put in the oven and refrigerated. I cheated and added sugar instead, but less than equivalent. This tasted just like the full fat cheesecake I used to make. I added some chocolate chips for the kids. I will be making this alot more.
Very good. Added some frozen blueberries to try and bulk it up a bit. Only complaint is a lot of calories for not many bites. Will try the fat free next time
Great for satisfying my LowCarb sweet-Tooth. I used the larger size cream cheese tub w/2 over-the-top Tbsp of sour cream, 4 pkts of Nevella w/probiotics (sucralose), and 1 pkt of Truvia, I also added several splashes of Lime and Lemon juice from bottles. It was thick but satisfied the craving.
i used philly cream cheese and sour cream with sun crystals sugar and fresh lemon sqeezed..i also added some frozen fruit and chilled it for a little...not quite as good as cheesecake but it was still pretty good

I haven't made this yet but will use full fat products since the low and no fat RAISE the carbs for a Low carb dessert.
I made it with real philly and real sour cream, with 2 splenda and couple drops of vanilla OMG SUPER YUMM next time i will do the reduced fat versian to save on calories heh
instead of sour cream use fat free whipped cream with a few drops of real vanilla and wow its great!!!!
Now that I'm trying to do more low carbing again, this is definitely a quick, satisfying snack. Three thumbs up, lol!
Tasted great with sugar free strawberry topping and put it in a gram cracker crust for a small desert worth about 200 cal. Also tasted great by itself.
