Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It is an "ok" meal. The protein is not "high" but normal, low dietary fiber, and higher in carbs then I would like, but it is low in fat which is a plus. I liked someones change of adding fiberone instead of cornflakes.
I made this with turkey and Fiber One instead of the chicken and corn flakes and it turned out awesome! Will do again. It is very easy to make the longest part is the time it takes to bake.
I WILL TRY THIS ONE ON TOMORROW... SOUNDS YUMMY AND I LOVE THAT ITS NOT BAD ON CALORIES. I THINK I'M GOING TO SUBSTITUE THE CHICKEN FOR GROUND TURKEY FOR NOW..
