Sodium! Ouch.
I will try this but I too will caramelize the onions in a pan first. I will also need to cut down on the sodium content by using reduced sodium broth. Other than that, sounds yummy.
Not a lot of recipes on this site can be made as is; just a little tweak: low-sodium beef broth -- so much healthier. The caramelized onions is a great suggestion. 8-)
