These sandwiches have become our hamburgers. They are incredibly filling. We usually serve these on ciabatta bread, but you can serve them on any good hard bread.
I love this version of tuna salad with veggies and cheese. You can add in just about any veggies-sometimes I throw in some thawed frozen peas, broccoli, or diced tomatoes.
