Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The milk idea wasn't for me. I added a can of low sodium beef broth. Also tossed in a can of diced tomatoes and bell peppers.. both fresh from the garden.
Yummy! I followed it exactly as described, and added salt and pepper to taste. Thank you. Will definitely make this easy and tasty recipe again.
I loved this recipe as it was easy and quick to prepare. I used green beans and corn in mine and the spices match perfectly with the veggies I chose. I would say it probably needed a bit more spice for my family, but was completely enough for me. Great comfort food minus calories.
Made a few mods and it turned out pretty good. I subbed in the following: avocado oil, almond milk, whole wheat flour, and since I didn't have sage I used basil. Doubled spices and reduced salt, and yet sadly I found it to be a bit on the bland side. I will try subbing in red wine next time. Thanks!
Very good all-in-one dish, can easily control sodium for DH and is a great comfort food. Thanks for sharing.
It was creamy without the fat, and we loved the spices. I added just a little bit of powdered chicken bouillon and no salt. Served it with rice. Very satisfying.
Very good! I used both beef broth and cream of mushroom, so juicy! It still tasted a tad bland, so I added some Lowry's seasoning salt, and that gave it a nice kick. I am sure that it will taste even better tomorrow.
Nice and easy. Used 1/2c milk + 1/2c beef soup base. Added salt/pepper/onion & garlic powder and Worcestershire but still needed something. But wasn't too bad. Served over brown rice. Will make again.
I too used beef broth instead of milk and added garlic salt. I prepared it as directed and then used it to make lettuce wraps. It was very tasty and my 4 year old who doesn't like new things had 2 servings!
I used frozen mixed peppers along with a little frozen corn. It was a little bland at first however, adding more salt took it from bland to VERY good!
