Great,1 tablespoon of coco powder, (1/2 would have been fine) so added 1.5 cups of left over decaf coffee and some Monk Fruit sweetener, cinnamon &vanilla. Sprinkled with fiber one cereal & 1 tab reconstituted PB2 & almonds. McCann's quick oats cook up thicker then other brands, vary topping is fun
