Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is a very good fruit salad recipe. The addition of greens to the fruit slows down the absorption of the fruit sugars. We add sliced organic celery to our fruit salad. You can't taste it and it adds an interesting crunch. The natural saltiness of celery enhances the flavours of the fruit too.
