Well, I liked this for a one-timer, because I was looking for a healthy granola bar type recipe, not a bar cookie. This is a good size, somewhat moist, holds up. Like the protein. I used buttermilk powder and Arbonne vanilla protein powder. Contact me if you need some. I'm honest and not rabid.
