I used half of one potato for an individual serving. Used one Tabls brown sugar, and 1/4 cup splenda, still 15 sprays.. Was AMAZING!
sounds very good I will try this tonight, but I will use honey instead of brown sugar wish me luck!
This is wonderful except, cinnamon makes my reflux. I used no cinnamon and used brown sugar splenda. It was wonderful!!
