these are so good! i used cocoa and sugar instead of mix- didn't have any. the texture is a little different... definitely not like a regular pancake... but when made in little silver dollars, a nice treat! and those nutritional facts are really quite wonderful. :)
Just tried these tonight...very, very good. Easy to make. Not exactly like regular pancakes, but very, very close and the nutritional value of this recipe is great!! Thanks AMY3456!
